What is Tamed Heart?
We are an 18+ intentional relationship and matchmaking platform designed to help people discover mutually suitable, promising connections without endless swiping or public popularity systems.

How is it different from a swipe-based dating app?
We do not present members as an endless public catalogue. We focus on mutual suitability, thoughtful alignment, meaningful differences, and whether both people want to continue.

Who can join?
We are for adults aged 18 and above. You must confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement before continuing.

What happens after I join Early Access?
You create an account, confirm you are 18+, complete the first short questionnaire page, see the Invite Friends step, and continue your profile at your own pace. You can save and return later. Your profile is not public and does not enter matching unless you choose to activate it.

Why does Invite Friends ask for two emails?
The invitation step asks for two friend email addresses after the first questionnaire page. Invited friends decide for themselves whether to join, and sending an invitation does not reveal your private profile or questionnaire answers.

Will invited friends see my questionnaire answers?
No. Sending an invitation does not itself disclose your private questionnaire answers or sensitive profile information.

Is Tamed Heart free?
Yes. Our core experience will be free during launch. If we introduce paid features later, we will show the price and conditions clearly before you choose them.

How does matching work?
We first look at the things that truly matter to both people. Other preferences help us find more promising possibilities, but smaller differences do not automatically rule someone out.

Do you give a compatibility percentage?
No. We will not pretend that a precise percentage can predict a relationship. We will explain the meaningful areas of alignment and difference instead.

Can Tamed Heart guarantee that I will find a partner?
No. We can help identify potentially suitable introductions, but we cannot promise that the right person will be available or that an introduction will become a relationship.

How long will I wait?
There is no fixed waiting period. It depends on whether someone suitable is available and whether the match works for both people. We would rather wait for a promising possibility than rush an introduction.

Can other people search for my profile?
No. Your profile is never a public profile that other members can browse. We will consider it for matching only after you explicitly choose to activate matching.

Can I browse everyone?
No. We will not operate as a public catalogue of members. We will show potential introductions through the matching process instead.

What if I am not interested in an introduction?
You can decline. An introduction is not an obligation, and one person's interest does not entitle them to another person's attention or private reasons for declining.

What happens if we have an important difference?
We can show meaningful differences before an introduction moves forward, when your sharing choices allow it. A difference does not automatically mean you are incompatible; you decide whether it matters to you.

When can members message each other?
We will make messaging available only at the appropriate stage of a mutually accepted introduction. We will start with straightforward text messaging.

How does Tamed Heart handle blocking and reporting?
Blocking and reporting are required safeguards for member-to-member interaction. We will not enable introductions or messaging without controls for unwanted contact and reports of unsafe, abusive, deceptive, harassing, threatening, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct.

Does Tamed Heart verify every member or perform background checks?
We will not claim comprehensive identity verification or background checks unless we actually provide them and clearly explain their scope. No verification system can guarantee another person's intentions or future behavior.

Does Tamed Heart use AI to talk to members?
We may use technology to assist platform operations, but we will not secretly use AI to impersonate a real member or fabricate romantic interest.

Will my profile appear on Google?
No. We will not make member profiles public web pages, and they will not be intended for search-engine indexing. Only our public informational pages may be indexed.

Do I need to answer everything at once?
No. We keep questionnaire pages short, and you can save your progress and come back later.

What if information in my profile needs to be corrected?
We respect correction and other data-subject rights. Profile information should remain accurate, while certain consent, security, and audit records may need controlled handling or retention under applicable rules.

Will Tamed Heart tell me to lower my standards?
No. We can help you distinguish what is essential, important, preferred, or flexible, but your boundaries and decisions remain yours.

What if I meet someone?
You can pause or stop active participation. We will not encourage you to keep searching just to increase engagement.

What emails will Tamed Heart send?
We may send account or email verification, security notices, Early Access updates, invitation messages, matching or introduction notices, waiting-state check-ins, and important privacy or service updates.

Will emails come from a provider brand?
No. Our member-facing emails will identify Tamed Heart and use a properly authenticated @tamedheart.com sender. Any delivery provider will remain behind the scenes.

Is my information completely secure?
No online service can promise absolute security. We will use appropriate safeguards, access controls, data minimization, authentication practices, and privacy controls, while recognizing that no system can reduce risk to zero.

Does joining Early Access mean I agree to matching?
No. Joining Early Access lets you build your profile. Before matching begins, we ask you separately to review the relevant information and choose whether to activate matching.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. We will provide meaningful deletion and withdrawal controls. We may need to retain limited records for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, or audit purposes as explained in our privacy information.
